For enrollment verification, please see the Registrar in the Student Records and Financial Services Center in the Administration Building, or call 716-375-2020.

If you have been previously enrolled as a degree seeking undergraduate student (not a Giant Step or Non-Degree Seeking Student) and you seek to re-enroll, you must complete a Re-Enrollment Application. This application is only for students who have formally withdrawn from the University and have been absent one full semester or more.

Before you submit your application, please review the Guidelines for Re-Enrollment at the top of the Re-Enrollment form below.

There is no application fee for students who apply for re-enrollment.

Order your official transcript

Transcripts are available through National Student Clearinghouse. By clicking on this link .

• Electronic PDF transcripts are delivered in 1-2 business days.
• Hard copies will be mailed within 2 business days.
• The cost is $15.00.
• .
• If you are sending the transcript to a third party (school, employer, etc.), ask them if they accept electronic PDF copies.
• Electronic transcripts are delivered in a secure PDF format, and are meant to be viewed electronically. The secure PDF must be viewed using Adobe Reader (available for free) or Adobe Acrobat. If printed, "Copy of Official Transcript" will be displayed across the transcript.

Please note

• Current students can login to his/her my.sbu.edu and print an unofficial transcript with no charge.
  
• Transcripts will include both undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
• Transcripts mailed internationally can take several weeks to arrive, including those mailed to Canada; please plan accordingly.
• Transcript Request Form PDF is available to those who cannot order online. By filling out this form, the cost is $20.00 and can take up to 5-7 business days to process. There is no way to expedite this process.
